The Star® classic Steampro Jr. hot dog steamer has a top loading design for easy loading and serving. The top lid slides for easy and safe operation. The bun compartment has humidity control system to keep buns hot and fresh. A water pan holds 6 quarts of water so the steamer can work all day. There is a front draining valve for easy cleaning.
