The Globe Food Equipment 3600P slicer has a 13" as a serrated knife with a stainless steel finish that slices through frozen meat with ease. The stainless steel contraction allows for easy cleaning and sanitizing. This slicer has Quick-Clean™ antimicrobial protection on the knobs and handles to help stop the growth of bacteria. The EZ-Glide™ slicing table is designed to make slicing safe and easy. There is a cleaning brace under the slicer that holds the slicer in place for easy cleaning.
