Star® Mfg Pro-Max® Elec. Control Alum. Split Grooved Top Grill

This Star® Pro-Max® has heavy-duty aluminum plates, the top platen is half grooved and the bottom is grooved. These grill plates provide a cooking height of 3" and give you 3-4 pounds of pressure. The 2 cooking plates cook in half the time and seal in flavor. The ergonomic control panel provides easy access to controls and the grease drawer is removable for easy cleaning. The temperature range is from 175 to 500°F.
