I purchased these to use as scoops in sundae toppings at my ice cream store. They wash up well, and are a solid scoop. The weld on thaea is meant to last to hold up to going in and out of a freezer and cooler.

I use this in my ice cream store to dish out toppings (nuts, candies, sprinkles, etc). They wash up easily and have a nice weld on them to stand up to repeated freezing/refrigeration cycles).

Not only can you use this quality made scooper with the long handle to scoop coffee, it is great to use to scoop out Corn Starch, Farina, Brown Sugar, etc. It is very handy for a person that does a lot of cooking.
