Star® Mfg. Star-Max® 15 lb Countertop Gas Fryer w/ Twin Basket

Star-Max® countertop fryers can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The 615FD model fryer has a heavy duty 15 pound nickel plated kettle and a front access drain valve. The in-shot burner design ensures even heat distribution for better results. The temperature ranges from 200° to 375°F and this fryer provides the ability to change temperature quickly. This fryer has an automatic pilot for easy ignition and operation. This fryer is compact and takes up only 12 inches of counter space and that is important in kitchens where space is limited.
