Blodgett Stainless Steel Deck Type 42" Gas Single Pizza Oven

The Blodgett 961P is designed to work when the gas supply is limited and still provide excellent results. Blodgett designed a system for transferring heat from the combustion chamber to the baking compartment, which makes it the most fuel efficient available. The oven is stainless steel with a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle. The baking compartment and combustion chamber are aluminized steel. The burner door opens for easy ignition or cleaning.
