This Star® Ultra-Max® gas griddles provides throttling thermostat temperature controls for accurate temperature control. This griddle features a "Euro-style" design and ergonomic front control panel. There are 30,000 BTU burners every 12" and the griddle surface is polished stainless steel. Ultra-Max® gas griddles have a front grease trough and grease chute for easy clean-up.
