Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ Heated Insulated Humidity Cabinet

These Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ heated cabinets are fully insulated to hold heat and humidity in the cabinet. The 2000 watt heating system can hold food temperatures up to 200°F. The AquaTemp™ system allows you to control the humidity level in the cabinet and the silicone door gaskets provide a tight door seal. This cabinet features interior coved corners to prevent food build-up, anti-microbial heat resistant ceramic magnetic latches, and field reversible insulated dutch doors. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean and provides durability. These cabinets have anti-microbial latches to prevent the spread of germs. The 5" swivel casters make moving this cabinet easy, even on carpet.
