Univex 5" Diameter PattyPress™

This PattyPress™ from Univex manually produces uniform burgers, fishcakes or crab cakes with even thickness. It features an anodized aluminum body and a stainless steel press bowl and ejector. This PattyPress™ is easy to use and the single-lever manual operation takes only seconds! It molds up to 8 ounces into 5" diameter patties and also includes a supply of 1000 divider sheets for stacking. Perfect for use in restaurants, markets or delis!
