Question:
OUr church is planning to buy a commercial mixer to mix up noodle dough. Our recipe is for 7 lbs. of flour. Will this mixer hold this amount of flour plus 3 Dopzen eggs. Lindy
Answer:
Hi. This 7 qt mixer is not large enough. The commercial mixer would need to be at least 12 qts (my estimate from manufacturers' mixing capacity charts). You can either divide your recipe to use the Kitchenaid mixer, or consider a commercial mixer like the 20 qt Vollrath, item #6000261. Thanks!

Question:
I have a KitchenAid mixer that is about 25 or 30 years old and is still running. I am looking at upgrading to the new mixer. Will the attachments I have, grinder and the new wheat grinder fit this machine? My old one is a great product will this new one last as long? Thanks
Answer:
Hi. Sorry, I can't tell whether or not your attachments would fit on this mixer we carry. If you download the manual in the "Literature" tab and take a look at the attachments, you can try to see if the holes match the holes on your old attachments. This is KitchenAid's best performing mixer. Thanks!
