Could you please let me know the materials of this frosting sheets? I need to know what are they made of. Thank you!

Hello, these frosting sheets are basically sugar paper and are listed as being kosher certified. Their highest percentage ingredients include (in order) cornstarch, water, corn syrup, cellulose, cornsyrup solids, sorbitol, and sugar. Thank you!
