Question:

Looking at this unit or a Hobart. Can you tell me the pros/cons for both? Can I get a separate stainless steel vessel so I have two instead of just one? Please let me know so I can place an order asap. Thank you.

Hello, we would need the model number if the Hobart you are looking at to provide you more information, but this mixer has a 30 Qt. capacity and a 3-speed transmission. It includes a dough hook, wire whisk, spatula, stainless steel mixing bowl, and a safety guard. It has a 30 minute timer and a safety cut-switch. It is also ETL and NSF Listed. We currently only carry a 10 Qt. Vollrath mixing bowl, and not the 30 Qt. required for this mixer. Thank you!
