This Vollrath® Cayenne® Flat Top Gas Griddle is thermostatically controlled and is set up for natural gas. It has welded seams which eliminate grease and dirt traps. Heavy-duty legs have a 4" adjustment range and allow for greater versatility. This griddle has a backsplash and side splashes to prevent spills.
