what is the temperature range of this product? does it let you use either a power level or temperature to set the level of heat?

Hi, this induction cooker has a push-button operation. Its temperature range is 140 degrees F to 464 degrees F. Thank you!

What size induction pan do you recommend for this model? We find in some models that only the center ring gets hot so a pan that fits on the surface does not get hot except for the center area.
