Question:
what is the weight per individual spoon, fork and knife fro mthe Saalfeld brand. We are looking at something that is very heavy duty and will not break when cutting chicken, etc. Thank you!

Hi. Sorry, we don't have the individual weight per cutlery item, but the heavy weight knives should be able to cut chicken (although with any disposable flatware, do not use excessive force). Let us know if you'd like us to send you a sample of the Saalfeld Black Heavy Weight flatware. Thanks!
