APW Wyott 7 Qt. Round Classic Countertop Cooker/Server, RCW-7

The RCW-7 - 7 Qt. countertop cooker features a high wattage heating system that is perfect for re-thermalzing refrigerated soups, stews, and chili, or rapidly heating sauces like nacho cheese. They are also ideal for thawing frozen soups and holding the thawed soup at NSF-safe serving temperatures. This thermostatically controlled system provides fast heat up and recovery, and can reach temperatures up to 212° Fahrenheit. The RCW models are perfect for restaurant, buffets and catered events.
