Wells® Rectangular 12" x 20" Warmer w/ Thermostat Control
This food warmer is designed to hold heated foods at the desired serving temperature. The SMPT has the ability to be operated wet or dry. This food warmer adapts to hold a mixture of inset pans.
- 12? x 20? warming pan is deep-drawn, stainless steel and easily accommodates a variety of fractional or round inset pans up to 6? deep.
- The positive-off thermostat controls the element allowing for adjustable and more consistenttemperatures. A signal light indicates that the heating element is energized.
- Control is mounted with a protective guard ring to help prevent accidental temperature changes.
- The tubular element, located under the warming pan, allows for quick heating.
