How do these cutting boards do as far as staining? I have had some plastic cutting boards stain so easily after cutting carrots or tomatoes. Years ago I had some plastic cutting boards that were great and never stained.
This particular board does not state how porous it is. Since it is polyethylene, bacteria will not soak into it. The FDA mandated using polyethylene boards for commercial use because of this. Items #177400 and #177457 state that they are non-porous and will not stain. They are a bit larger than this one. Thank you.
