These Cleveland Range kettle‐mixers are energy efficient and the forced air heating system cooks evenly. You can cook and mix all in one space saving appliance. The steam jacket kettle is permanently filled with treated water so you never have to empty or refill. It heats evenly, with no hot spots, for great results. The mixer features variable speed control for the agitator and scraper.

QUESTION
Are the Tanks 120 Gal each or are they 60 gal each? Are you willing to rent for a period of time to insure the market we are testing will grow into making the purchase? Do you have any rebuilt units we could buy or rent for our project?
