Do you freeze the bowl before using? How long will the bowl chill food (example: dip)? I am looking for a commercial application for food trade shows, would this be a good choice or do you have a better suggestion? I normally display, for tasting, 21 oz. of each poduct flavor.
You do not have to freeze this bowl before using this and it will keep food chilled for 1-2 hours. If you need to keep the food chilled longer, I suggest a shallow dish to put the bowl in and then add ice.
