Star® Mfg Ultra-Max® 72" Chrome Gas Griddle

Star® Ultra-Max® chrome gas griddles can be used to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A highly polished surface provides even cooking results every time. Snap action thermostatic controls allow you to adjust temperatures between 150° and 450° for all your cooking needs. This griddle features a "Euro-style" design and ergonomic front control panel. There are 30,000 BTU burners every 12". Ultra-Max® gas griddles have a front grease trough and grease chute for easy clean-up.
