Heating up cold food and keeping hot food ready to serve are both a snap with this full size Heat 'N Serve rethermalizer that holds full size and fractional size food pans up to 4" deep. The 1000W dome element will take chilled food from -40°F all the way up to the safe temperature of 165°F in less than two hours, at which point you can serve the heated food directly from the pan. With its efficient design, self-insulated wells and non-stick element coating, you can spend more time holding and serving food at the exact temperature you want and less time cleaning up afterwards.
