This Pitco® Mega gas fryer features a matchless ignition, full port drain valve for easy draining of oil, and Solstice™ Burner Technology that provides dependable heat transfer without the need for complex power blowers. It also features the Intellifry computer controls with 12 product timer keys that save time.
