The Metro professional shelves are wonderful. They are sturdy and look to be durable. We used these for a shelving unit in a pantry. I was less thrilled with the posts. We wound up getting the InterMetro posts instead of the Professional posts. These paticular posts have some real issues with the white coating and the way in which Metro ships them, none of which over a retailer has any control.
In the end we got a very satisfactory result. Back to the shelves: The designer white coating is sometimes not completely covering all portions of the piece (particularly on the underside of the holes for the post, but this is a small quibble, as the small uncoated areas are not really visible when installed. I'd definitely order from Wasserstrom again. Great service!
