This refrigerator offers the convenience of a "no-stoop" lower shelf and storage on the top of the cabinet. There is a lifetime guarantee on the door hinges and torsion closure system. The automatic defrost system is time-initiated and temperature terminated to save energy.

Question:

I have owned this product since 2009, the freezing temperature always stayed at -10F. Since two weeks ago, the temperature stayed at -20F, but still within the safe zone. Should I need a service now?
