Question:
How Do I Know If I Have A 240v Or 120v Bulb... There Are No markings On The Bulb... Model # GRAL-48D GLO RAY
Answer:
Hi. The GRAL-48D GLO RAY has voltage ratings of 120, 120/208, and 120/240. GRAL models that have multiple voltages listed, such as 120/208, 120/240 or 100/200, have multiple circuits. For example, a 120/208 V unit utilizes 120 V for the light circuit and 208 V for the heat circuit(s). Hatco shatter-resistant light bulbs meet NSF standards for food holding and display areas. For 120, 120/208, 120/240, and 100/200 volt applications, use Hatco P/N 02.30.043.00. The corresponding bulb is item #503102. Thanks!
