What does 1/2 size mean? I am looking for a pan that will hold a 12" sub.

1/2 size refers to the number of half size pans coudl fir into a steam table..in this case 2 half size pans...same for 1/8 and so on...depending on what you want to do with the pan..I might suggest item number 117604

This is only the 5 sub roll pan the wire is not included.

This is best if used with the wire pan, which is sold separately, and can be used in temperatures up to 480 degrees. Thank you.

Hi. These silforms can fit into half sized baking pans too. We currently don't have the multibake grids (wire racks) that can also be used.

Hi. This pan is nonstick and the bottom of the rolls are slightly flat (like a rounded plateau). It helps the roll stay in place and not roll around.
