Question:

Can you explain the non-drip feature. We currently use a NY NY with an electric heater, the steam couses condinsation and this leads to water collecting on the table. Would this help with the water situation?

Hello, this chafer has a vented lid so the steam should escape rather than condense and drip. Thank you!
