Jackson AJX-54 Conveyor High Temp Single Steam Tank Dishwasher

The Jackson AJX-54 is proven to last under extreme kitchen conditions. This conveyor dishwasher has a standard height of 25" that accommodates large sheet pans and mixing bowls. This conveyor is dual rated for both high-temp and chemical sanitizing. High-temp cleans 225 racks in 1 hour using only .68 gallons of water per rack and chemical sanitizing clean 209 racks per hour using .78 gallons of water. The AJX-54 has the exclusive Energy Guard™ control system that will cut your energy costs. The AJX-54 has the Adjust-a-Peak™ adjustable conveyor speed that can handle any soil level. This dishmachine is available in 44", 54", 66" (44" plus 22" prewash), 76" (54" plus 22" prewash), 80" (44" plus 36" prewash) and 90" (54" plus 36" prewash) models. This model is available in electric or steam input type.
