Star® Mfg Star-Max® CSA Counter Elec. 30 LB. Twin Pot Fryer

The Star-Max® 530TED model fryer has a heavy duty 30 pound lift-out nickel plated kettle for easy draining of oil. The immersion type tubular heating elements provide even heat and flip up for easy cleaning. The temperature ranges from 200° to 375°F and this fryer provides the ability to change temperature quickly. The hi-limit safety thermostat and on-off switch provides easy operation. The fryer cabinet is made from stainless steel for maintenance free operation.
