Question:

How do I know what parts need to be replaced on our Bunn RL- 35. The water does not want to shut off after filling a pot. Please help

Answer:

Hi. I'm not entirely sure, but it might be the solenoid valve (Wasserstrom item #215445). I'll upload a parts manual and an operating manual that has troubleshooting advice (will be found in the "Literature" tab by tomorrow). In the operating manual, i looked on page 9 and saw the solenoid valve related to this problem: Water flows into fill basin continuously. For further help, please contact Bunn for servicing and repairs. Thanks!
