Ultra-Max® griddles provide high volume operations and precise temperature control. This Ultra-Max® gas griddle from Star® Mfg provides a highly polished stainless steel surface that ensures even cooking results every time. This griddle features a "Euro-style" design and ergonomic front control panel. There are 30,000 BTU burners every 12". Ultra-Max® gas griddles have a front grease trough and grease chute for easy clean-up.
