Bulman 30" Horizontal Paper Dispenser / Cutter

This Bulman paper dispenser / cutter is quite versatile and can be mounted on top of a counter, underneath a counter or on a wall. It smoothly dispenses many types of paper including butcher, Kraft and gift wrapping paper. This paper dispenser / cutter cuts evenly, using either side of the double-edged blade. Roll changing is simple with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into the open position. This paper dispenser / cutter also includes rubber feet to protect the surfaces. It can hold up to a 9" diameter roll and is finished in a light gray powder coat. Perfect for use in butcher shops, markets or grocery stores.
