This Pitco® rethermalizer has a matchless ignition that provides an instant pilot lightfor cooking and saves you money when not in use. The automatic water fill system has an in-line strainer that maintains the appropriate water level. It has a level control that prevents a heat cycle unless the water in the tank is at the appropriate level.
