Star® Mfg Star-Max® 48" Gas Griddle w/ Safety Pilot

Star® gas griddles with throttling controls can adapt quickly to temperature change. These griddles have "U" shaped 28,300 BTU burners every 12". Each burner is equipped with a safety pilot for safe and easy operation. he polished stainless steel cooking surface distributes heat evenly for better results. Other features include a 4-1/2" high splash guard, 4-1/2 quart grease drawer, 3-1/4" grease trough and chute, and 4" adjustable legs.
