Are these items 80/10 stainless steel or 80/0? 80/0 stains very easily when washed in dishwasher where 80/10 does not.
Answer:
The Wasserstrom site lists the "Boulevard" pattern as 18/8 -- see the pathway topics at top of this page under "Welcome": (home > dining room > flatware > Oneida 18/8 > Boulevard > 407185) 18/8 is not as good as 18/10, but it is much better than 18/0.

I am confused by the specs listed for these spoons. How long are they and how wide is the bowl?
Answer:
This soup spoon is 7.35" long and 2.9" wide.
