Comments about SteelCoat x 3™ SteelCoat x3 Non-Stick Alum. Fry Pan w/ Trivent™ Handle, 10":

At first glance I thought I received the wrong pans as the handles were not what I was expecting. Further inspection revealed they were the same model number as before, but with a new improved handle design. The feel in my hand was strange at first but grew to like it - the new handle does stay cooler then the original design (as advertised) and provides more control.

If going to a stamped handle from a casting reduces production costs, allowing these fine products to be still produced in this country, I am all for the new design.
