I have previously used tube pans that are in two pieces, but one or the other piece will eventually warp and I have to throw the whole pan away. They are usually of a very thin aluminum. THESE tube pans are heavy duty, easy to get the cake out of, easy to handle and they're probably the best baking pans I've ever owned! I'm so glad I got two!

does the bottom of this pan come out like a angel food pan, I am looking for a whole pan, with non removeable parts. thanks, Lisa
Answer:
This cake pan is one solid piece.

What is the capacity of this pan? How many cups of batter will it hold??
Answer:
The capacities for this pan are: 78 oz (~ 9-3/4 cups) to the top of the circular indentation in the center tube. 110 oz (~13-3/4 cupes) to the top of the outer edge.
