True® prep tables are fully insulated to keep ingredients fresh and ready to use. The stainless steel top is easy to clean and sanitize and provides plenty of work space. All True® prep tables come with NSF approved polycarbonate insert pans and aluminum sides and top. Doors swing open to 90° and have a self closing feature and recessed handles.
