Does the outside of the kettle get hot? As we are looking for a product that is not warm or hot to the touch. I was unable to reach you by phone. Thank you Linda
Answer:
Manufacturer states: It stays relatively cool because of the insulated plastic. You can't get burned, but it won't be cold to touch. Thank you.
