I need the top resevior where you pour water into. I can't find that part. It's a long black plastic basket with a hole in the bottom.
We do not have this part you are looking for. It may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

I would like to talk with someone regarding the difference between 10 cup BUNN coffee maker BTXB and BXB
Hello, the BX-B model is a Home Coffee Brewer, whereas the BTX-B is ThermoFresh home brewer. The BX-B has a lighted on/off switch which shows when the warming plate has power; the BTX-B has no need for a warming switch because it brews into a carafe container rather than a glass decanter. There are a few other differences, but the biggest difference is that one uses a glass decanter, and the other uses a thermal carafe which is meant to be transported and keep coffee hot.
