I need the top resevior where you pour water into. I can't find that part. It's a long black plastic basket with a hole in the bottom.

I am looking for a coffee maker that produces HOT coffee....will this product do this?

this coffee maker was given to us and looks like it has never been used, however I put the water and coffee in turn it on and no coffee comes out there are two buttons on the maker and I dont know how to work it.

Hi. There is a "vacation switch" on the lower side. If that is activated, the coffee maker will not work. Thare is a manual you can download in the "Literature" tab of this product's page for more information.
