APW Wyott 120V Standard Built-In Triple Holding Drawers, HDD-3B

The HDD-3B holding drawer that can built directly into counters. Designed to be easily installed into countertops, this warmer is constructed with a front-mounted control panel that is easy to access and service with sturdy flange extensions which help hold the unit firmly in place. This built-in single drawer warmer features a unique heating system that will provide consistent temperatures throughout the warmer so that your bread, rolls, vegetables, and meats can remain moist and flavorful for as long as possible! With vent sides on the drawer to control humidity and a thermostatic control that precisely regulates temperatures between 100° and 200° Fahrenheit, you can adjust this versatile warmer to meet the specific needs of any product. The warmer features a rolling readout thermometer that allows you to easily monitor its interior temperature.
