Star® Mfg. 25" Half-Size Countertop Electric Convection Oven

Holman convection ovens from Star® Mfg. are great for restaurants, coffee shops, or concession stands. This countertop convection oven provides maximum baking space with a minimum footprint. This oven has 4 removable wire racks, reversible rear fans, and a steam injection system. The door has double paned tempered glass and an illuminated chamber for easy viewing of product as it bakes.

Can this oven cook a 22lb turkey (does it fit)?

Hello, this oven has a width of 25", depth of 25.8", and height of 22". It would depend on the size of the turkey, but this product is designed more for frozen items, baked goods, and smaller food items. It holds half-size sheet pans. Thank you!
