Question:
What is the wattage of this mixer?
Answer:
This hand mixer is DC powered and therefore the manufacturer doesn't state the wattage to prevent comparing wattage. They say that higher wattage does not mean a more powerful mixer.

Question:
My children's school is in need of a new hand mixer. The only problem is, it needs to be a 3 prong plug to comply with state specifications. The school is small and can't afford hundreds of dollars for a new mixer. Does this mixer have a 3prong plug? And would it be durable enough for the several times a week use by a school with 100 students? Any help or suggestions would be great
Answer:
Hi. Sorry, household mixers like this usually don't have 3 prong plugs. It is used daily by some people, and it can withstand a single person using it multiple times a day. I'm not too sure about its durability for 100 students multiple times a week.

Question:
How can i tell that this mixer which costs 89.00 is any different than the other hand mixers costing between $10 and 30 dollars? I've gone through two hand mixers in the kitchen i work in, serving meals everyday, and i need something i can depend on lasting more than a few months. are the beaters sturdier? does it have a larger, stronger motor? I need to compare something with the cheaper ones.
Answer:
Hi. Usually the cheaper mixers have to find a way to cut the cost, whether it's the number of speeds, the design, the power, or the internal/electrical components. I don't know which cheaper one you would like to compare this mixer to, but please see the descriptions on this product page as well as the manual in the "Literature" tab. Thanks! |
