Just place the food on the razor-sharp stainless steel blade grid and push down on the comfortable, weighted handle. You will slice cleanly through in one stroke, giving you consistent results with minimum time and effort required - once peeled, it can chop an entire onion in only 15 seconds. With a variety of interchangeable blades available for different sizes of cutting, dicing and wedging, the Easy Chopper II™ is great for portion control too.
