what is the amp on this unit? dou have to peel the lemon first? thank you ?I need one for my concession stand. fast one

Hi. You don't have to peel the lemon first. It's best that you keep the rind on it so that you have a grip on it while you hold it over the reamer. Electrical info: 120v/60/1-ph, 3amps. Thanks!
