QUESTION
Can you interchange 6 and 8 section blades? is there a unit that can?

ANSWER
You can do all the different cuts on the same Easy Wedger machine. You will just need to make sure you have the correct push block to match the blade. Thank you.

QUESTION
Is the wedge plate removable to change out for say a dice cut??

ANSWER
This wedger can become a corer. Unfortunately it can not be used to dice.

During our Lenten Fish Fry every Friday we wedge 150 lemons and it does a great job with little effort. Well worth the cost even though we only have 6 Lenten Fish Fries yearly. Could not do without this product. The women love this product and cannot wait to use it. They fight over it!!!
