Whatb is the ID and OD of this product? I'm looking at putting this on top of my industrial garbage disposals.

How does it prevent water from going into the trash can around the edges. Does is it come with some kind of sealent or gasket???

Hi. This is not meant for trashcans, only dishtables (where the trash disposal is). For trashcans, we have items like #311443. Thanks!
