Blodgett Stainless Steel Deck Type 60" Gas Single Pizza Oven

The Blodgett 1060 is a heavy duty, high volume pizza oven that features bottom air intake. Blodgett designed a system for transferring heat from the combustion chamber to the baking compartment, which makes it the most fuel efficient available. The oven is stainless steel with a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle. The baking compartment and combustion chamber are aluminized steel. The burner door opens for easy ignition or cleaning.
