Edlund S/S #2 Table Style Manual Can Opener w/ Plated Steel Base

This is the manual can opener that Edlund calls "Old Reliable", that set the standard for the foodservice industry when they invented it over 75 years ago. It has been remade to meet today's even higher standards, now including a rust-resistant melonite arbor, a Delrin plastic spool that reduces friction against the handle and reduces wear, and a more rigid base with a replaceable plastic insert for smooth action every time.
